Procure to Pay Operations Associate

Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Associate within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, supporting the Procure to Pay Processing team in invoice processing, payment processing and vendor financial operations.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming invoices, match them with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiate the payment process.
• Make payments using checks, wire, SWIFT, direct debits and other methods as part of the invoice processing cycle.
• Execute manual payments and automated payment runs, run potential duplicate payments reports and take appropriate action.
• Execute payment-related controls.
• Manage your deliverables and help the team with its workload when required.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Invoice processing operations.
• Finance processes.
• Ability to handle disputes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of vendor payments, Travel and Expense (T&E) payments, and taxation.
• Well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in day-to-day business.

Nice to have

• Systems knowledge.
• Exposure to Yardi ERP.
• Industry experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).

• Location: Bengaluru.
• This role may require working in rotational shifts.
• Individual contributor role within a team, with a predetermined focused scope of work.
• Receives detailed to moderate level instruction on daily tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
• Interactions are within the team and with the direct supervisor.
