Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Associate in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, handling invoice processing and payment operations as part of the procure to pay cycle.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Handle the systematic processing of incoming invoices, including verifying invoice accuracy, matching invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiating the payment process.
• Make payments using checks, wire, SWIFT, direct debits, etc. as part of the invoice processing cycle.
• Execute manual payments and automated payment runs.
• Run potential duplicate payments reports and take appropriate action.
• Execute payment-related controls.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Manage your deliverables and help the team with its workload when required.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Invoice processing operations experience.
• Finance processes knowledge.
• Ability to handle disputes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of vendor payments, Travel and Expense (T&E) payments, and taxation.
• Well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in day-to-day business.

Nice to have

• Systems knowledge.
• Exposure to Yardi ERP.
• Industry experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
