Overview

Procure to Pay Operations New Associate role aligned to Finance Operations, supporting financial outcomes through data collection, transaction analysis, reconciliation, and accounts payable processing.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, analyze them, and reconcile transactions.
• Support vendor compliance and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Process accounting of goods and services via requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
• Handle procurement order sequencing and end-to-end financial process activities.
• Perform accounts payable activities including timely invoice billing and processing.
• Manage purchase and non-purchase orders and perform two-way and three-way invoice matching.
• Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits.
