Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Analyst aligned to Finance Operations, supporting analysis and reconciliation to determine financial outcomes for Accounts Payable processes.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, perform analysis, and reconcile transactions.
• Improve vendor compliance to reduce savings erosion and improve discount capture.
• Confirm pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Account for goods and services via requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
• Support end-to-end procurement order sequencing and financial process.
• Design, implement, manage, and support accounts payable activities.
• Ensure timely invoice billing and processing, including two-way and three-way invoice matching.

What you'll need

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Primary skill: Accounts Payable Process.
• BCom/Any graduation qualification.
• SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA 2.0 SPS05.
