Procurement Operations Associate

Overview

Procurement Operations Associate responsible for managing and maintaining vendor master data to support procurement processing and efficient procurement/payment workflows.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain vendor master data in the organization’s systems.
• Process new vendor onboarding requests by collecting documentation, verifying vendor information, and entering data into the system.
• Update vendor records based on requests, including changes to contact, banking, and tax identification details.
• Run validation checks to ensure vendor data accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in vendor data with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize vendor master data processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation, guidelines, and training materials for vendor master data processes.

What you'll need

• Prefer 2+ years of experience in vendor management, data management, or related roles.
• Prefer a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Have strong attention to detail and analytical skills for accuracy and discrepancy identification.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Be proficient using ERP systems, Ariba, SAP Business Network, and Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
• Demonstrate organizational skills to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Be familiar with regulatory requirements and best practices for vendor management and data privacy.

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
• Willing to work in US shift timings.
