Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Senior Analyst in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, focused on invoice processing and end-to-end procurement and financial processes.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving.
• Look after the order sequence of procurement and financial processes end to end.
• Support the Accounts Payable Processing team in designing, implementing, managing and supporting accounts payable activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders and two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
• Handle incoming invoices systematically, verifying accuracy, matching them with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiating the payment process.

What you'll need

• BCom.
• 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Invoice Processing (P5).
