Overview
Procurement Lead role focused on end-to-end category management, contract compliance, and digital/data analytics to support procurement outcomes for India business objectives.
What you'll do
- Drive procurement outcomes through end-to-end category management aligned with global strategies and local execution.
- Lead category analytics covering spend visibility, cost drivers, and savings tracking using digital tools.
- Develop advanced financial reporting, dashboards, and target frameworks using Power BI and similar tools.
- Manage contract compliance, contract lifecycle management, and governance processes.
- Complete procurement activities aligned with S2C (Source-to-Contract) processes, policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Build procurement dashboards and analyze spend, pricing, supplier performance, and procurement indicators.
What you'll need
- 7+ years of direct category management experience in procurement with strong financial understanding and negotiation value delivery.
- 8–10 years of overall experience in procurement/supply chain with a track record managing strategic categories.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Science, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Post-graduate qualification in Management / Procurement / Supply Chain is desirable.
- Skills in contract management, digital fluency, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to use tools such as Power BI and Excel-based analytics models.
