Procurement Operations Analyst

Overview

Procurement Operations Analyst within Accenture's procurement management team, working on the systematic buying of goods and services needed to keep the company sustainable.

What you'll do

• Verify purchase requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Generate purchase orders based on requisitions received from different Operating Unit Buyers.
• Ensure proper documentation of Purchase Orders.
• Liaise with vendors to confirm PO acceptance, delivery schedules, and past due cases.
• Liaise with Buyers to resolve discrepancies and delivery issues, if any.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.

• Location: Navi Mumbai.
• This role may require working in rotational shifts.
• Moderate level instruction on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments; works as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work.
