Procurement Operations Analyst

Overview

Procurement Operations Analyst in Accenture's procurement management team, handling the purchasing cycle for goods and services needed to keep the company running.

What you'll do

• Verify purchase requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Generate purchase orders based on requisitions received from different Operating Unit Buyers.
• Ensure proper documentation of Purchase Orders.
• Liaise with vendors to confirm PO acceptance, delivery schedules, and past due cases.
• Liaise with Buyers to resolve discrepancies and delivery issues, if any.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze lower-complexity problems and solve them within a focused scope of work as an individual contributor in a team.

What you'll need

• Any Graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.

Details

• Location: Navi Mumbai.
• Moderate-level instruction on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
• Limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management; day-to-day interaction with peers before updating supervisors.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
