Procurement Operations Analyst

Overview

Procurement Operations Analyst role within Accenture's Procurement Management team, handling the purchasing cycle for goods and services that keep client and company operations running.

What you'll do

• Verify purchase requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Generate purchase orders based on requisitions received from different Operating Unit Buyers.
• Ensure proper documentation of Purchase Orders.
• Liaise with vendors to confirm PO acceptance, delivery schedules, and past due cases.
• Liaise with Buyers to resolve discrepancies and delivery issues, if any.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze lower-complexity problems and solve them as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work.
• Take moderate-level instruction on daily tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.

What you'll need

• Any Graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
