Procurement Operations Associate

Overview

Procurement Operations Associate role supporting procurement management activities for goods and services. You will work within a procurement management team handling routine problem-solving and procurement workflow steps.

What you'll do

• Review and manage procurement activities beyond purchase order processing.
• Support the procurement management process including identification of need.
• Find and qualify suppliers for goods and services.
• Request proposals, negotiate with suppliers, and support contracting.
• Support delivery and analyze results, including contract close.
• Handle routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.

What you'll need

• Have 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Have any graduation qualification.
• Primary skill in Procurement Management (P2).
• Secondary skill in Procurement Support (P2).

• Location: Bengaluru.
• May require rotational shifts.
• Work interactions are within your team and to your direct supervisor.
