Overview

Procurement Operations New Associate role in a Procurement management team supporting procurement activities for required goods and services.

What you'll do

• Support procurement activities including identifying needs, qualifying suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery, and analyzing results.
• Analyze and design best practices for tactical and transactional procurement processes.
• Plan implementation using understanding of involved technologies and best-practice process output measures.
• Set up and maintain suppliers, catalog content, user authorization data, and procurement applications.
• Help maximize compliance through efficient and effective procurement transactions.

What you'll need

• Have any graduation qualification.
• Have 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Procurement Support (P1 roles/responsibilities).
• Solve routine problems using precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work with primary interaction within your own team and direct supervisor.
• Be able to work on rotational shifts if required.
