What you'll do

  • Lead contract amendment execution and perform quality assurance reviews to confirm accuracy, completeness, and alignment with established requirements.
  • Support implementation of new program agreements and coordinate Catalog and Invoice Against Contract (IAC) setup, maintenance, changes, and adoption with vendors, Strategic Sourcing Leaders, and business clients.
  • Ensure contracted pricing is captured accurately across procurement systems to support compliant ordering and increased catalog and IAC utilization.
  • Manage India supplier onboarding and setup, including registration support, documentation verification, issue resolution, and supplier readiness to conduct business with Target.
  • Manage and maintain procurement-related data within SQL databases and Maximo, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely system updates.
  • Deliver reporting and analysis related to contracting, catalog performance, procurement compliance, and contracted and rate-compliant spend.
  • Troubleshoot complex system, process, registration, pricing, and data issues; identify root causes and recommend sustainable solutions or improvements.
  • Partner effectively with suppliers, Sourcing, business teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues, meet deadlines, and support operational continuity.
  • Lead independent and team projects that support catalog growth, IAC adoption, supplier enablement, enterprise procurement objectives, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify quality, compliance, and operational risks and implement corrective actions, process standardization, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Connect tactical deliverables to enterprise strategy, influence stakeholders, and drive change through clear written, verbal, and presentation-based communication.
  • Reprioritize multiple workstreams with limited direction while maintaining accuracy, service levels, compliance, and a strong business partner experience.

What you'll need

  • 4+ years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement Operations, Contract & Catalog Operations, Supplier Enablement, or a related function.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and Ariba, with the ability to read and interpret contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Experience supporting contract amendments, catalogs, Invoice Against Contract (IAC), supplier onboarding, and procurement compliance activities.
  • Strong analytical and technical aptitude, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and advanced Excel; experience maintaining structured operational data.
  • Strong problem-solving and data-processing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve system and process issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently with limited direction, and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate across business teams, Sourcing, suppliers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to support enterprise initiatives, drive change, influence others, and connect operational deliverables to broader business objectives.
