What you'll do

• Create, update, and maintain vendor master records in ERP systems.
• Validate supplier onboarding and amendment requests with supporting documents.
• Perform data quality checks for accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve master data queries with internal stakeholders.
• Follow process, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Support audits and maintain process documentation.
• Meet service-level agreements and productivity targets.

What you'll need

• Any graduation qualification.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to learn ERP and Vendor Master Data processes.
