Overview
Analytical role owning end-to-end analytics projects, reporting systems and AI-driven analysis that inform business and product decisions at InMobi.
What you'll do
- Own analytical projects end-to-end, from problem definition and data exploration to analysis, solution development and adoption.
- Translate deep understanding of product and business context into scalable analytical solutions that teams can rely on.
- Build reporting systems that surface signal, simplifying complex data into clear answers, trends and actions for stakeholders and leadership.
- Build dashboards and self-serve analytics giving Business, Product and Leadership a clear view of performance and the next action to take.
- Deliver analytics that drive business and product decisions by identifying opportunities, diagnosing problems and measuring the impact of initiatives.
- Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics using statistical modelling and ML to anticipate trends, identify risks and support better decisions.
- Automate recurring analytical workflows, replacing manual reporting and repetitive analysis with reliable, scalable solutions.
- Partner closely with Business, Product, Tech, Finance and Operations to translate business questions into analytical solutions and drive them through to execution.
- Leverage AI as a force multiplier to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, identify patterns and anomalies, improve forecasting and decision-making, while applying strong analytical judgment to validate and act on outputs.
What you'll need
- Strong stakeholder management, able to align Business, Product, Tech, Finance and Operations around a shared objective and drive initiatives to completion.
- A strong bias toward execution, turning analysis and recommendations into measurable outcomes rather than stopping at insights or presentations.
- The ability to manage long-horizon projects and roadmaps while continuing to deliver visible wins along the way.
- Strong project management skills, capable of independently driving multi-month analytical projects and integrations from problem definition through launch and adoption.
- Comfort working with large, messy and disconnected datasets, with the ability to identify the patterns that matter for a business decision.
- The ability to communicate complex analysis clearly and simply, enabling stakeholders to act on findings.
- A knack for identifying opportunities where one scalable solution, such as an automation, dashboard, data pipeline or model, can solve problems across multiple teams.
- Genuine curiosity about products, users and business problems, with the ability to quickly understand context and translate it into analytical questions.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to move between strategic questions and detailed data investigation.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, Python, advanced Excel and Tableau or Power BI.
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Statistical Analyst or similar analytical role.
- 3+ years of overall experience in consumer tech, internet, technology, analytics or a data-driven business.
- A track record of shipping at least three end-to-end analytical solutions, from framing a business problem as a data problem through to a working and sustainable solution.
- Experience building dashboards, automated reporting pipelines, analytical frameworks or data products used by business stakeholders.
Nice to have
