Product Designer (UX), HCI

Overview

Design human-computer interaction and user experiences for AI product workflows. Help users understand, guide, correct, and control AI systems operating across multiple steps.

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end experiences for AI product surfaces from concept through launch.
• Create interaction patterns for prompting, review, confirmation, correction, handoff, and recovery.
• Design interfaces that explain AI activity, knowledge, uncertainty, and next steps.
• Turn complex, multi-step capabilities into clear and controllable user flows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams to define problems and ship solutions.
• Produce wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity web and mobile designs.
• Run user research and usability tests to identify friction, trust issues, and failure points.

What you'll need

• Experience as a product or UX designer with a web or mobile portfolio.
• Strong interaction design, information hierarchy, and prototyping skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and fast iteration workflows.
• Ability to simplify complex systems into clear user experiences.
• Experience working with product managers and engineers in fast-moving teams.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and shape solutions before requirements are fully defined.
• Good judgment regarding usability, edge cases, and failure handling.

• Interview stages include two interview rounds and a design assessment.
• Interviews may be conducted virtually and/or onsite.
