Product Engineer

Overview

Product Engineer responsible for supervising product engineering, making software engineering decisions, addressing complex business and engineering challenges, and shaping technical design for AI and generative AI solutions in Safety, Regulatory, and Clinical functions.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI and generative AI solutions to address complex business problems in Safety, Regulatory, and Clinical functions.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate cloud computing and automation technologies into products and services.
• Stay abreast of advancements in AI, cloud computing, and automation and apply this knowledge to enhance product offerings.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Work hands-on with business partners, data scientists, software engineers, and other partners to define technical requirements and specifications.
• Optimize product performance and scalability using cloud infrastructure and automation tools.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Communicate product vision and progress to partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure product technical architecture and software development align with the technology roadmap and adhere to software engineering standards.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or similar, including Engineering, Math, Physics, or IT.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in engineering roles with a focus on AI, generative AI, cloud computing, and automation.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in software development and software engineering.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or C++.
• Proficiency in data structures, including Stack, Linked Lists, Trees, and Graphs.
• Familiarity with automation tools and technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Analytical, curious, and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet project goals.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry — Clinical, Safety, Regulatory.
