Product Engineer

Overview

Design and execute centrifugal pump orders in Order Related Engineering, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, Sulzer standards and quality requirements and supporting on-time delivery.

What you'll do

• Execute pump orders (OH1, OH2, OH3, BB2, BB3 pumps) from design through manufacturing support.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, BOMs, datasheets and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, API 610, API 682 requirements and Sulzer standards.
• Resolve technical issues and support manufacturing, supplier and quality teams.
• Participate in customer and internal technical discussions.
• Support product standardization, database development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to engineering quality, cost optimization and on-time project execution.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in centrifugal pump engineering and order execution.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment, manufacturing processes and API standards.
• Familiarity with SAP systems and engineering documentation tools.
• Proficient with NX 3D.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the pump field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
