Product Lead - AI

Overview

Support the Product COE and Wealth product teams by improving product management processes, roadmaps, governance, strategic initiatives, and the use of AI to generate product insights and efficiencies.

What you'll do

• Optimize product management processes, employing AI where possible and proactively identifying areas for standardization and improved efficiency.
• Document and implement standardized processes, including Service Descriptions.
• Oversee the process for product managers developing and managing roadmaps.
• Coordinate feedback for process improvements.
• Prepare client- and senior-management-ready roadmap views on demand.
• Define and coordinate product-manager-driven templates for the annual Wealth Investment Governance Board.
• Support content creation for the annual Wealth Investment Governance Board.
• Execute logistics and the run of show for the annual Wealth Investment Governance Board.
• Follow up on actions from the annual Wealth Investment Governance Board.
• Contribute to ad hoc strategic client or internal projects and initiatives as directed by Senior Management.
• Support documentation and coordination across product for Strat Planning, Growth Day, and Client Sales Opportunities.
• Assist teams in utilizing BR AI tools to capture valuable product insights that support their strategies and client adoption.
• Contribute to and support the Wealth AI task force.
• Ideate on new innovations to support the COE.
• Manage reporting and metrics.
• Coordinate legal updates and track common elements for the Service Description workflow and attestation process.
• Produce on-demand roadmaps by product or Wealth overall for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Execute internal events that impact and advance strategic Wealth initiatives, providing clear actions and follow-ups with stakeholders and clients.
• Support Product teams in delivering high quality roadmaps, ideas, and processes.
• Maintain and consistently update documented processes and best practices available to all associates.
• Ideate and implement AI-driven product management processes that create efficiencies and best practices adopted across the COE.
