• Partner with design, engineering, and business teams to ship.
• Drive the product area with minimal hand-holding while being measured on outcomes.

What you'll need

• 6–8 years of experience, ideally in entrepreneurship, building consumer products, or top-tier consulting.
• Strong consumer intuition with opinions defended using logic and evidence.
• High agency to define the problem and get it done without waiting for permission.
• Analytical and structured thinking with a bias for action.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
