Product Manager (Technical) - Identity & Access Management

Overview

Product Manager (Technical) for Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM). Own backlog and delivery for identity capabilities, balancing security/compliance with a smooth user experience.

What you'll do

• Own the product backlog and contribute to the CIAM roadmap.
• Write requirements and user stories for authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle.
• Work with Engineering and Architecture on identity protocol decisions and implementation.
• Partner with Security, Risk, and Compliance to meet regulatory and industry obligations.
• Track feature performance and success metrics and prioritize improvements.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Security as the day-to-day point of contact for identity requirements.

What you'll need

• 5+ years in Product Management.
• Exposure to identity and access management or CIAM.
• Working knowledge of modern identity standards and protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM).
• Familiarity with CIAM/IAM platforms and identity providers (e.g., Okta/Auth0, Ping, Microsoft Entra/Azure AD B2C).
• Understanding of authentication/authorization models (SSO, MFA, passwordless, RBAC/ABAC).
• Hands-on understanding of API integration, SQL, and data analysis.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and related tooling.
