Product Management - Senior Product Manager - Pi Agents (SMB Growth)

Overview

Senior Product Manager for Pi Agents, focused on SMB Growth agents that drive measurable outcomes for small and medium Indian businesses.

What you'll do

• Own the SMB Growth Agents roadmap end to end, from problem discovery to GTM and adoption.
• Define and own outcome metrics including merchant activation, campaign performance, incremental revenue, and retention.
• Design agent experiences for self-serve SMB merchants across onboarding, goal setting, autonomous execution, and reporting.
• Set and enforce high UX/UI standards for a simple, vernacular-friendly, mobile-first experience.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science on agent architecture tradeoffs (latency, cost per merchant, guardrails, evals).
• Run structured experimentation to prove agent-driven lift vs merchant self-managed baselines.
• Partner with sales, ops, and support to scale from pilot cohorts to the broader rollout.

What you'll need

• 4 to 6 years of core Product Management experience.
• Strong B2C product experience.
• UX/UI craft evidenced by a portfolio of shipped experiences.
• Data-driven decision making with analytics suite fluency (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Clever Tap), SQL, and experiment design.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a 0-to-1 environment.
• Bias for shipping and learning weekly.
