Product Manager

Overview

Own and deliver regulatory-compliant, data-driven risk management solutions, including Customer Risk Rating (CRR) and Transaction Monitoring (TM), acting as the bridge between Compliance, Risk and Engineering.

What you'll do

• Translate high-level complex business requirements into Agile Epics, Features and User-Stories.
• Create UX designs, flowcharts, storyboards and diagrams to support Features and User-Stories.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing compliance needs, technical constraints and delivery timelines.
• Ensure regulatory authority and user architecture needs are followed, acting as liaison between business operations, Product, Compliance, Security and Engineering.
• Perform user acceptance testing and support system implementation.
• Identify and recommend improvements to management.
• Create and maintain process and procedures guides.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 7-10 years of experience as a Product Owner / Sr. Business Analyst.
• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner with a track record of delivering comprehensive Epics, Features and User-Stories, and translating business requirements into technical requirements.
• Experience creating UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps and prototypes.
• Project management experience/knowledge with ability to drive projects to successful completion.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision making and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with all levels of management.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of financial crime compliance (AML, KYC, transaction monitoring).
• Experience with data analysis, including writing SQL queries.
• Experience in complex retail/consumer financial services/case management/payment services organizations.
