Overview
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Vercel Dashboard, the primary interface for Vercel customers. Lead its evolution into a personalized, agent-powered experience for individual users and enterprise organizations.
What you'll do
- Own the Dashboard product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Define how agents surface errors, suggest fixes, and update code and configuration.
- Shift the Dashboard toward proactive insights, notifications, and recommended actions.
- Define information architecture and design patterns for Dashboard experiences.
- Partner with Billing, CI/CD, and Observability teams to maintain consistency.
- Run experiments and measure onboarding, adoption, and engagement.
- Partner with Engineering to maintain a high performance standard.
What you'll need
- Experience building and shipping developer-facing products.
- Experience with control planes, dashboards, or console products.
- Experience in infrastructure, cloud, or developer tools companies.
- Strong information architecture skills for complex products.
- Experience using product analytics to guide roadmap decisions.
- Experience running product experiments.
- Experience using AI tools and forming product perspectives on agent interactions.
Nice to have
- Experience on platform or horizontal product teams.
- Engineering background or software development experience.
- Experience with onboarding, activation, or growth loops.
- Experience with personalization frameworks or lifecycle-based systems.

- Remote in the United States; the role description also states San Francisco, California, with hybrid office days for employees within commuting distance of listed offices.
- Base pay in San Francisco is $172,000–$258,000 yearly.
