What you'll do

• Define and drive the product vision for shopping experiences in ChatGPT.
• Partner with research teams to explore how AI can help users discover, evaluate, and purchase products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale AI-native shopping experiences.
• Partner with growth, GTM, marketing, and business teams to drive user adoption and merchant engagement.
• Work with merchants, brands, retailers, and external partners to improve product quality and shopping outcomes.
• Use data and user feedback to identify opportunities, measure impact, and inform product strategy.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
• Experience in shopping, e-commerce, marketplaces, search, recommendations, consumer growth, or related products.
• Experience building and scaling consumer products serving large and diverse user bases.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and excitement about defining a new category at the intersection of AI and commerce.
