Product Marketing Manager - Small Power Transformers

Overview

What you'll do

• Manage supply-side orders and order gross margins, including factory loading with the right product mix.
• Estimate markets, target markets and budgets.
• Ensure achievement of set targets and budget through regular monitoring, supporting and guiding sales teams, and implementing plan improvements as needed.
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans in conjunction with the business unit or product group.
• Prepare business plans focused on business development for a defined market.
• Manage teams with a focus on operational execution and short- and medium-term operational goals.
• Handle human resource planning, selection, development and performance of the team.
• Manage resources, including utilizing individual subject matter expertise.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales or Business Development (preferably of transformer products), or Transformer Electrical Engineering and/or Project Management, preferably associated with transformer businesses.
• Strong technical skills in addition to marketing experience.
• Intercultural sensitivity.
• Good communication skills in oral and written English.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Experience in change management, coaching, motivating and developing diverse technical teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Nice to have

• A master's degree in business, marketing or engineering.
