Overview
The Product Owner – Knowledge Management is responsible for the strategic oversight and advancement of supply chain capabilities that enable digital transformation. The role leads design, testing and implementation with Supply Chain teams and partners with D&T, Finance and third parties to coordinate capability development and knowledge advancement.
What you'll do
- Develop a strategic roadmap for Supply Chain Digital Capabilities, including design and implementation across platforms.
- Coordinate across transformation efforts.
- Develop capabilities to support Supply Chain Pillars and Segments, including ESC and Finance.
- Manage third-party vendor relationships and contracts.
- Prioritize capability build and implementation, including external benchmarking, training and documentation creation.
- Explore and test advanced technologies for Supply Chain application, including Artificial Intelligence, Smart Alerts and Automation.
- Optimize performance and identify opportunities for value creation across the SC Digital Literacy and Learning model, Finance teams and SC Governance workstreams.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in engineering or Supply Chain.
- 12+ years of related experience in Supply Chain, Business and Digital transformation projects, or Product ownership.
- Proven project management skills.
- Experience working with third parties and global partners.
- Supply Chain knowledge with experience partnering with the D&T organization.
- Successful change management background.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to drive change.
- Strong influence skills and the ability to influence across functions and business strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and people development skills.
- Ability to lead and direct cross-functional team members.
- Self-managing, results oriented and capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to enter uncertain or ambiguous situations, assess opportunities, identify stakeholders, bring direction to a project, take action and deliver results.
- Strong analytical thinking and creative problem solving.
- Ability to work in global multi-cultural teams, including global organizations and MNCs.
- Demonstrated high level of learning and cultural agility.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- Operations Supply Chain as the major area of study.
- CPIM or CSCP professional certification.
- 1-2 years of preferred related experience.

- Location: Powai, Mumbai, MH.
- Shift timing: 1:30 PM–10:30 PM.
- The role reports to the Sr. Manager Digital Foundations.
