Product Owner

Overview

Product Owner for Core Banking (Techno-Functional) supporting the Product Director by translating cross-product objectives into product backlogs and delivery-ready increments across core banking and adjacent domains.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end requirement lifecycle from business intake to functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering squads to deliver scalable features and manage impact/dependencies across modules and integrations.
• Own acceptance testing and feature validation to ensure delivery aligns with requirements.
• Convert cross-product themes into solution blueprints, capability/journey maps, dependency views, and product requirements.
• Support migration and modernization frameworks, including legacy-to-modern transitions and multi-core operating models.
• Align product-side technology requirements for APIs, events, data architecture, integration patterns, and readiness topics.
• Define and govern customization/extensibility approaches and enable documentation, training, and adoption.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in core banking product management or solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of core banking systems such as CASA, lending, and deposits.
• Solid familiarity with REST APIs and service-based architectures.
• Knowledge of microservices fundamentals and basic SQL/data analysis.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and release management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
