Product Owner

Overview

As a Product Owner, you will drive the product vision by representing the customer's perspective, shaping the product roadmap and backlog, and validating ideas through feedback loops.

What you'll do

• Drive the product vision by acting as the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach.
• Shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog so the product team consistently delivers on client needs and wants.
• Validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops so knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment on product goals.
• Monitor progress and performance metrics to guide the team towards successful product outcomes.
• Be an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, take responsibility for team decisions, and contribute on key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Delphix.
• Proficiency in Delphix.
• Strong understanding of data virtualization and data masking concepts.
• Experience in managing product lifecycle and backlog grooming.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
• 15 years full time education.
