Product Stewardship & Regulatory System Specialist

Overview

Support product stewardship and regulatory operations for paints, coatings, and related raw materials. Manage regulatory data, SDS activities, customer compliance inquiries, and PSRA systems.

What you'll do

• Maintain regulatory, product, substance, and raw material information in PSRA systems.
• Support SDS authoring, revision, publishing, and distribution.
• Review data and resolve issues affecting compliance, SDS generation, customer requests, and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Digital, Master Data, Supply Chain, and PSRA teams on system improvements.
• Participate in system upgrades, validation, and data migration projects.
• Create system documentation, training materials, work instructions, and procedures.
• Support dashboards, reports, workflows, and end-user training.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs, Chemical Compliance, or related functions.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience interpreting regulatory requirements for chemical products.
• Knowledge of GHS classifications and SDS and label authoring.
• Experience with regulatory information systems and enterprise software platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Power BI.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Sphera Intelligent Authoring, SAP, LPI, web-based SDS systems, and Salesforce.
• Experience with system integrations, master data management, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
• Experience collaborating with IT, Digital, and business stakeholders.
