Production Support Analyst Senior(5–8 years in DevOps cloud(AWS/Azure) and Kubernetes/EKS)

Overview

Senior DevOps Engineer on FIS's Payment Hub team, managing and supporting infrastructure across public and private cloud SaaS environments, including end-to-end client onboarding and post go-live support.

What you'll do

• Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS and public/private cloud environments.
• Implement automation for deployments, monitoring, and scaling using DevOps tools.
• Support end-to-end onboarding of new clients on Payment Hub Standard Edition (SaaS).
• Handle migration and onboarding for public cloud clients on Enterprise Edition.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of Payment Hub environments.
• Apply SRE practices to reduce manual toil and improve system resilience.
• Work on projects to enhance infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability.
• Collaborate with global teams for knowledge sharing and continuity.

What you'll need

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer (AWS + EKS).
• Good experience designing and managing AWS infrastructure (VPC, IAM, EC2, S3) using Terraform.
• Good experience in scripting (Bash/PowerShell + Python).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Experience with AWS services, EKS/Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience with IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
• Experience building and operating EKS clusters and CI/CD pipelines, and automating deployments.
• Experience implementing SRE practices: SLI/SLO, incident response, observability (Prometheus/Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Experience ensuring security (IAM, RBAC, secrets management) and cost optimization.

Nice to have

• Certifications in AWS DevOps or Solutions Architect, CKA/CKS.
