Overview
The Professional Services Engineer (PSE) installs, deploys, upgrades, and maintains NICE products and platforms at customer sites.
What you'll do
- Install, configure, upgrade, and deploy NICE products and platforms at customer sites.
- Apply hotfixes, service packs, and other product updates.
- Participate in commissioning, testing, and certification activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during or after installation, configuration, or upgrades.
- Draft implementation and upgrade plans and explain pre-check/post-check steps to customers.
- Maintain site documentation, system specifications, and configuration records.
- Create, track, and remediate cases based on severity and SLA.
What you'll need
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and upgrades of enterprise applications.
- Microsoft Windows Server administration experience.
- Networking concepts knowledge (LAN/WAN, firewalls, load balancers, DNS, routing).
- SQL database administration and scripting experience (queries, stored procedures, troubleshooting).
- Strong troubleshooting skills including log analysis and root cause identification.
- Ability to work in medium to large teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Customer communication skills with strong verbal and written communication.
