Program Manager II

Overview

Lead a techno-functional team across the Planning function, covering Advanced Planning Systems and Supply Network Design within Ecolab's Global Supply Chain COE organization.

What you'll do

• Lead a techno-functional team across Planning covering Coupa Supply Chain Guru, Kinaxis Maestro, JDA, Toolsgroup, Finite Scheduling Tool and SAP (EBS, S4 HANA) implementation.
• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Solutions, aligning it with company goals and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on stakeholder feedback, trends, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize requirements for product features and improvements.
• Collaborate with the technical Product Team on detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to make informed decisions about product direction.
• Support testing and validation of product features to ensure they meet team expectations.
• Coordinate product releases, including communication plans, training materials, and support.
• Build strong relationships with business partners, seeking their input and feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Provide expertise, thought leadership and work effectively with limited direction.

What you'll need

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology.
• 8–10+ years of experience in supply chain strategy.
• Supply & Demand Planning operational role experience.
• Kinaxis Deployment or user experience for Supply & Demand Planning.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading others (preferred team size: more than 5).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple activities in a high-pressure, demanding, and fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• MBA Operations/Supply Chain OR ME/MTech Operations Research / Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in modeling using Coupa Supply Chain Guru software.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification or equivalent.
• US B1 visa.

Details

• Location: Kharadi office, Pune, India.
• Ability to travel when required.
• Reports to Senior Manager in Pune.
• Standard Time 12 PM – 9 PM (flexible work hours due to global projects).
