Overview
Build and scale Atlys's user-led growth initiatives, with a primary focus on referrals, affiliates and user-generated content (UGC), turning the existing customer base into an acquisition channel.
What you'll do
- Own the referral program, including campaign strategy, incentive structures, reward mechanisms and customer engagement initiatives.
- Build the affiliate channel by identifying, onboarding and managing affiliate partners, developing partnership models and structuring commercial arrangements.
- Drive UGC initiatives that encourage customers and creators to generate authentic content, advocate for Atlys and contribute to brand awareness and acquisition.
- Plan and execute growth campaigns across referrals, affiliates and customer advocacy, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional execution with Product and Engineering to improve referral journeys, sharing experiences, campaign placements and reward redemption flows.
- Own program performance by tracking customer acquisition, referral conversions, activation, affiliate contribution, campaign ROI and overall channel performance.
- Build scalable operations for partner onboarding, campaign tracking, reward fulfilment, reporting and performance management.
- Experiment and optimise by identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance, testing new growth levers and scaling initiatives that deliver results.
What you'll need
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, growth, partnerships or program management, preferably at a consumer-tech startup.
- Experience building and scaling marketing programs, ideally across referrals, affiliates, influencer marketing, partnerships or UGC.
- Comfortable taking initiatives from 0 to 1, owning the entire lifecycle from strategy and planning to execution and performance tracking.
- Highly data-driven, able to translate campaign performance into actionable insights and growth opportunities.
- Understanding of consumer behaviour, engagement drivers and how incentives and marketing interventions influence user actions.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and drive initiatives independently.
- Execution-oriented and detail-focused, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where ownership and speed matter.
