Growth Associate

Overview

Help grow Atlys in the UAE by researching the market, tracking what works, and shaping and executing growth plans for the region, working closely with the Growth, Marketing and Product teams.

What you'll do

• Research the UAE market: study travellers, competitors and trends to understand how people in the UAE plan trips and apply for visas.
• Track how campaigns and channels are doing, and pull out clear insights on what to do more of and what to stop.
• Turn research into ideas and plans for growing Atlys in the UAE, and present them to the team.
• Help launch and run campaigns, partnerships and experiments, and keep things moving across teams.
• Keep simple, regular reports on UAE performance so the team always knows where we stand.

What you'll need

• 1–2 years of experience at a high-growth startup, in growth, strategy, business or similar roles.
• Understanding of the UAE market, or excitement to get deep into it quickly.
• Curious and research-minded, enjoying digging into a market to understand what makes people tick.
• Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets, and able to turn data into clear takeaways.
• Hands-on and reliable: takes ownership, follows through and gets things done.
