Overview
Development Lead for Enterprise Applications, leading design, development, customization, and support of secure enterprise solutions across SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and custom .NET applications.
What you'll do
- Partner with process leads, business SME, and IT teams to support, enhance, and deliver custom applications and business processes.
- Lead development work focused on Information Protection of Lam-authored documents using Microsoft Purview Information Protection.
- Lead a small team of contractor developers by assigning work, giving technical direction, mentoring, and overseeing delivery and incident resolution.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for solutions built with .NET, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and Power Automate.
- Own custom development activities including solution design, code quality, delivery coordination, and contractor oversight.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues across code, configuration, integrations, and architecture; recommend improvements for reliability, performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Apply Agile practices across the Systems Development Life Cycle and mentor team members through all phases.
What you'll need
- 8+ years hands-on SharePoint development experience.
- 8+ years Azure architecture experience, including Function Apps and scalable cloud services.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview/Information Protection and related SDKs (Microsoft Purview Information Protection SDK, Azure Information Protection SDK).
- Strong hands-on SharePoint Framework with TypeScript, including modern sites, custom apps, and integrations.
- Hands-on automation experience with Power Automate and scripting with PowerShell (including PnP PowerShell module usage).
- Strong C# and .NET development and strong SQL Server experience (queries, stored procedures, modeling, integration, performance optimization).
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and DevOps/release/environment management practices with automated deployments.
