Project Coordinator

Overview

Project Coordinator (Level 1) at ModMed, responsible for coordinating end-to-end implementations of Patient Engagement products (Pay, Klara, Bonsai) and supporting the Project Manager team in client onboarding and project administration.

What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of Patient Engagement products (Pay, Klara, Bonsai).
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to coordinate resources, address issues, and maintain proactive communication with clients.
• Update, customize, and administer all aspects of projects within assigned medical specialties or upsell services.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous projects to ensure a smooth transition to Project Managers.
• Coordinate directly with key internal and external stakeholders to configure features and complete software setup.
• Provide operational support to the Project Management team by handling administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests.
• Utilize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and apply independent judgment on project deliverables to streamline workflows and enhance process efficiencies.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Comprehensive understanding of software applications, desktop hardware, operating systems, and basic network connectivity.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong operational problem-solving capabilities and high adaptability.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification or active pursuit of project management credentials.
• Prior experience using enterprise CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Cloud Coach, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Proven experience in project coordination, software implementation, or client onboarding within a SaaS or Healthcare IT company.
