Project Engineer

Overview

Project Engineer for IBMS (Integrated Building Management System) to support execution and delivery of building automation and smart building projects in Bangalore.

What you'll do

• Execute IBMS projects from initiation through commissioning and project closure.
• Coordinate installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of IBMS systems.
• Manage project schedules, site activities, and resource planning for on-time completion.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, commissioning reports, and handover documents.
• Support integration of systems including HVAC, Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Lighting Control, and Energy Management Systems.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS).
• Possess hands-on experience in IBMS project execution.
• Have experience in project management, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Be able to coordinate with stakeholders during IBMS projects.

• Employment type: Contractual (1 Year) with possible annual renewal based on performance and business requirements.
