Project Finance Manager

Overview

Project Finance Manager for clinical research, focused on budgeting, sponsor contract finance support, and ongoing project financial management.

What you'll do

• Develop study budgets for proposals and change orders.
• Manage study budgets across the clinical project lifecycle in internal systems.
• Prepare accrual reports and request invoices.
• Prepare sponsor agreements, change orders, and payment schedules.
• Set up and maintain project-specific timesheets in internal systems.
• Manage reconciliation of actual vs. budget costs regularly.

What you'll need

• Experience in global study budgeting and contract management within a CRO/Pharma.
• Education in Finance/Economics or commensurate relevant training.
• Experience with project budgeting, budget negotiation, and budget analysis (actual vs planned).
• Experience with forecasts, project scope management, and mapping to different budget grids.
• Knowledge of time tracking systems and budgeting systems/tools.
• Advanced MS Excel and strong computer literacy.
