Project Lead

Overview

Project Lead for Corporate Interiors & Fitouts, managing end-to-end project delivery across the Gujarat region.

What you'll do

• Lead corporate interior and fitout projects from conception through completion.
• Develop project plans covering scope, scheduling, resources, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors for project execution.
• Monitor milestone progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Act as primary client point of contact, translating requirements into deliverables.
• Review budgets, control costs, and approve contractor invoices and change orders.

What you'll need

• 8-10 years of project management experience.
• At least 5 years specifically in corporate interiors and fitout projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD to review technical drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards (LEED, IGBC).

• Location: Based in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar with travel across Gujarat region as required.
• Work mode: On-site – Ahmedabad, GJ.
