Overview

Manager for SAP Commerce Cloud / Software Development to lead an Agile SAP Commerce Cloud team for enterprise eCommerce solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a 15–20 member SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris team for enterprise eCommerce delivery.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership across the SAP Commerce Cloud development lifecycle.
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices to help teams self-organize and focus on business value.
• Plan and execute projects, managing priorities, resources, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with senior management, customers, and SAP stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead end-to-end integration between functional and technical teams to meet business requirements.
• Establish and track delivery metrics, communicate progress, and resolve issues while maintaining quality.

What you'll need

• 11+ years of relevant SAP experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Proven experience managing a 15–20 member SAP Commerce Cloud development team.
• Strong people leadership, delivery management, and project execution.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and guiding self-organizing teams.
• Experience leading integration between functional and technical teams.
