Overview
Senior Project Manager on Amtech’s Professional Services team, leading customer implementation projects and strategic internal initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead the delivery of multiple customer implementation projects.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Facilitate project meetings and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with timely resolution and communication.
- Provide regular project status reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Forecast project hours, resource requirements, and schedules.
- Mentor team members and support project management capability development.
What you'll need
- 6+ years of professional services, project management, software implementation, or technology delivery experience.
- Proven success managing complex customer-facing projects.
- Experience leading geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Nice to have
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
- Experience implementing ERP, MES, manufacturing, packaging, printing, or supply chain software solutions.
- Familiarity with SaaS and enterprise software delivery methodologies.
