Project Manager I

Overview

Project Manager I to lead cross-functional teams executing eCOA clinical studies, from startup through database lock and closeout.

What you'll do

• Lead planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of eCOA studies and programs.
• Gather customer requirements and translate study needs into actionable operational plans.
• Develop, maintain, and manage study documentation across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate tracking, reconciliation, and management of study devices and equipment.
• Create and distribute study status reports, metrics, and project communications.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to support execution.

What you'll need

• 1 to 4 years of project management experience in related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and project management experience.
• Understanding of the drug development process and clinical trial environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Knowledge of project financial management concepts (budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, scope management).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
