Project Quality Manager

Overview

Manage and monitor project quality activities, align quality requirements to the HVDC quality management system, and coordinate quality discussions with the customer.

What you'll do

• Plan, organize, lead, and monitor all project quality work.
• Analyse contract quality demands and align them to HVDC’s quality management system.
• Develop, implement, and follow up the project quality plan (PQP) and related QMS activities.
• Coordinate with the customer on test coordination and project quality issues.
• Communicate the inspection and test program (ITP) and maintain a master ITP register.
• Drive quality assurance, quality control, and compliance with local codes, standards, and regulations.
• Flag and stop project execution if quality risks are too high.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in a related function such as EPC project environments.
• Process management experience in project business, preferably in energy or automation, or other quality/process-oriented industries.
• Understanding of Salesforce and handling customer feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
