Project Site Coordinator (Fixed-term)

Overview

Serve as GE Vernova’s primary representative for project site coordination, connecting internal engineering and supply teams with KAPES/KEPCO construction teams. Support equipment delivery, engineering quality, documentation, issue resolution, and site safety.

What you'll do

• Coordinate communication between GE Vernova and KAPES/KEPCO.
• Manage RFIs, NCRs, technical documentation, and as-built records.
• Oversee equipment deliveries and track missing or faulty materials.
• Support EHS compliance, work permitting, and site logistics.
• Identify and escalate site issues affecting project timelines.
• Participate in progress meetings and report site and engineering status.

What you'll need

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience on construction or infrastructure project sites.
• Experience with contractor- or customer-facing responsibilities.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken Korean and English.
• Ability to manage RFIs, NCRs, and quality documentation.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with local EHS regulations and permitting requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with HVDC systems or large-scale electrical infrastructure.
• National Industrial Engineer Industrial Safety license.
• Experience in quality control processes.
