Overview
Coordinate end-to-end customer implementation projects for Diagnostic Cardiology solutions, serving as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders from order entry through completion.
What you'll do
- Coordinate customer orders through installation, training, and project completion.
- Serve as the primary contact for project status, schedules, readiness, training, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate delivery, installation scheduling, site readiness, and training requirements.
- Track milestones, risks, delays, dependencies, and project updates.
- Facilitate customer and internal meetings and drive accountability.
- Maintain project documentation, records, schedules, and reporting tools.
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve delivery, scheduling, documentation, and customer issues.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience coordinating projects, orders, implementations, or customer-facing processes.
- Strong customer service, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, hospital, clinical, or healthcare technology environments.
- Experience with equipment installations, implementations, or customer onboarding.
- Project management knowledge, certification, or coursework.
- Change management or process improvement experience.
Details
- Remote role.
- Travel up to 10% may be required.
- Annual pay range: $80,000–$120,000 for U.S.-based positions.
