Property Accountant (5+ years onwards)

Overview

Property Accountant III role preparing monthly financial statements for commercial and residential management clients.

What you'll do

• Reconcile bank statements.
• Post tenant receipts.
• Post journal entries.
• Analyse balance sheet and income statements for unusual activity and report to client.
• Produce financial statement reports and submit to owner/management company.
• Maintain open line of communication with clients at all times.

What you'll need

• 5+ years' experience as a property accountant with a commercial or residential management company.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management through written and/or verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
• A high degree of dependability, motivation and flexibility.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field, and/or relevant qualification and/or relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience using MRI Software applications.
• Masters degree.

• Location: Gurgaon, India (Office).
