Provider Data Operations Associate

Overview

Set up and maintain an accurate and comprehensive database of doctor profiles and healthcare institutes, using technical expertise and attention to detail to work with large data sets.

What you'll do

• Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, audit and analyze data.
• Build and maintain detailed provider profiles by merging data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Use Excel/Google spreadsheets to manage and update large datasets, create reports, and conduct data analysis.
• Review and verify the accuracy of provider information to ensure all details are up-to-date, and address any gaps or inconsistencies through outreach.
• Ensure all data privacy and compliance standards are met.

What you'll need

• At least a bachelor's degree from a reputed institution (good percentage or a minimum of 60% in 10th/12th/graduation and above).
• At least 2 years of work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in working with complex data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve data discrepancies.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for research, summarization, and data validation, with the ability to review, refine, and quality-check AI-generated outputs.

Nice to have

• Relevant experience in data analysis, SQL, or Excel-based roles.
• A background in US healthcare or other data-driven industries.
