Python Ansible Developer

Overview

Python Engineer with hands-on Ansible automation and REST API development/integration, focused on automation solutions and enterprise application support.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and automation frameworks.
• Develop, consume, and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
• Create and manage Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation workflows for deployments.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve system efficiency via scripting.
• Troubleshoot automation, integrations, and application performance issues.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and error-handling in automation solutions.

What you'll need

• Python programming experience.
• Ansible automation hands-on experience.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Knowledge of API authentication mechanisms including OAuth2, JWT, API Keys, or Basic Authentication.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Linux/Unix systems and Shell scripting.
