Python Developer - HR Strat/Engineer

Overview

Python Developer role focused on HR service delivery automation, process optimization, AI adoption, and operational transformation. You will design and implement scalable, data-driven HR solutions alongside business, HR COO, and technology stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy HR applications, workflow solutions, and internal tools.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation and enhancement.
• Drive GenAI and workflow automation technology adoption initiatives within HR.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with senior stakeholders.
• Apply modern software engineering and development best practices.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of relevant software development experience for workflow products or internal business applications.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Snowflake and/or Azure/AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, application architecture, testing frameworks, and source control.
• Experience with data governance, controls, and model validation frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another quantitative discipline (advanced degree preferred).
